| We accept "fine quality" clothing with labels from American and European designers. |

| Unlike other consigment shops, Designer Resale always accepts designer clothes and accessories - whether in season or not. We're happy to store the items until the next season if need be and your consigment time begins only once the clothing is in the showroom. |

| We invite you to contact us for further details if you wish to consign your gently worn or new items for sale. We receive shipments from all over the United States and accept items that preferably are no more than two years old. |

| The Consignment Process: |
|
| Consignors receive 50% of the selling price and checks are mailed out each month on the 15th to the consignor for items sold the previous month. Once the shipment is received and the items accepted, a printout is mailed out to the consignor. Each item is individually listed with the selling price and is kept on the selling floor for 90 days. |

| After 30 days items are marked down 20%. After 60 days
they are marked down 50%. The consignor always receives 50% of the final
selling price listed or as reduced. After 90 days unsold items unclaimed
by the consignor becomes property of the store. We will be happy to ship
back unsold items at the owner's expense, if requested. Under special circumstances,
in addition to New York, Designer Resale will make house calls in the Palm
Beach and Boca Raton areas of Florida. |
